This page explains in simple terms which personal data are processed when you visit filippocevolani.it or contact me, why, and what rights you have, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
1. Data controller

2. Which data I process
- Browsing data. As with any website, the server hosting it automatically records some technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). These are used only to make the website work and to keep it secure.
- Statistical data (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects aggregated data on how the website is used: pages viewed, device, where the visit came from and clicks on the contact buttons. Your name, phone number, email address or the content of your messages are not sent.
- Data you send me. If you contact me via WhatsApp, phone or email, I process the data you choose to share with me: name, phone number, email address, description of the job, photos of the spaces and the address for a possible site visit.
The website does not use data collection forms, profiling cookies or advertising tools; it uses a statistics tool (Google Analytics) only if you accept it. Please do not send me unnecessary data, in particular sensitive data (for example, about your health).
3. Why I process them and on what legal basis
- Replying to your requests and preparing quotes: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Carrying out the agreed work and managing the relationship: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b).
- Complying with legal obligations, for example tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
- Running and protecting the website (browsing data): legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
- Statistics on website use (Google Analytics): your consent (Art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link.
4. How long I keep them
- Contact requests that are not followed up: up to 12 months, after which I delete them.
- Data relating to completed work: for the duration of the relationship and then for 10 years, as required by tax law.
- Browsing data: for the period set by the hosting provider for technical and security purposes.
- Statistical data: for the retention period set in Google Analytics (14 months at most).
5. Who they may be disclosed to
Your data are not sold or transferred to anyone. They may be accessed only by parties who help me with my work, appointed as data processors where necessary: the website hosting provider, the email provider and my accountant, for tax obligations.
If you choose to write to me on WhatsApp, the message passes through the WhatsApp service (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), which processes data according to its own privacy policy and may transfer them outside the European Union with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. If you prefer, you can contact me by phone or email.
If you accept analytics cookies, data on website use are processed by Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) as data processor and may be transferred to the United States to Google LLC, which takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Links to other websites
The website contains links to external services (WhatsApp, Google). When you open them, you leave this website and the privacy policies of those services apply.
7. Your rights
At any time you can ask me to access your data, correct them, delete them, restrict their use, receive them in a readable format or object to their processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Just write to soluzioni@filippocevolani.it: I will reply within 30 days.
If you believe your data are being processed incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Whether providing data is required
Providing your contact details is optional, but without them I cannot reply to you or prepare a quote.
9. Cookies
For the use of cookies, please read the Cookie Policy.
