I start by measuring the space and looking at how you live in your home: I plan the layout, colours and materials and show you how it will look before work begins.
Renewed walls
Filling, painting and new plasterboard walls to change the look and the function of your rooms.
SPC floors, doors and skirting boards
New SPC flooring, replaced doors and matching skirting boards: the details that really change the final effect.
Lighting and furniture
Installing light fittings and furniture, changes to kitchens and bathrooms, and custom solutions where needed.
No demolition, structural alterations or work on plumbing and electrical systems: I refresh what you see and use every day, with shorter completion times and less disruption.

What does the renovation package include?
We put it together: it starts from planning the space and colours and includes only the work that is really needed (walls, floors, doors, lighting, furniture). You get a single quote and one point of contact.
Do you also do plumbing, electrical or structural work?
No. I focus on cosmetic renovation and finishes. If your project requires plumbing, electrical work or demolition, I'll tell you straight away.
Which areas do you cover?
I work in Bologna and the surrounding area: Granarolo dell'Emilia, Castel Maggiore, Castenaso, San Lazzaro di Savena, Casalecchio di Reno, Budrio and nearby towns. For the rest of Emilia-Romagna, I assess requests case by case.
